WHY YOU NEED TO TAKE PICTURE?
Sharp pictures should be taken from the affected area before initiation of application of the cream.
Since those using the cream see their skin problem many times a day, they may not understand changes until the problem is almost resolved. If sharp pictures are taken from the affected area, one can easily see changes in future ones. 
The sharper the photo, the sooner changes can be noticed. 

HOW TO TAKE PICTURE?
The camera should be steady (it is better to use a tripod). Turn the flash off. 
Focus the camera on the subject. The subject should not be more than 40 cm/ 16 inches away. 
Release the self-timer, press the shutter button and ask the patient not to move. 
Pictures should be taken while there is sufficient daylight in the room.
Future pictures should be taken in almost the same setting (same light and view). In a computer, open the before and after photos and compare.
